Upon entering and to your left, you will find a studio with its own ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and furnished patio. It also features partial air conditioning, a flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities, a safe inside the closet, and a ceiling fan.

The other area is the bigger apartment that includes the fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances to prepare mouth-watering meals such as a double-door fridge, stove, double oven, coffee maker, utensils, and a breakfast bar with seating for three; the living room where guests can unwind on the sofa in front of the large flatscreen TV–a convenient ceiling fan will keep them refreshed during sunny days; the dining area with a six-person dining table, a half bathroom with a vanity, and another great patio with a hammock and seating area. Both patios have incredible views of the sparkling shared pool and the floral decorations around the building. The bedroom belonging to the apartment has a flatscreen TV in front of the bed, a ceiling fan, partial A/C, and an ensuite full bathroom with a spacious closet (where you'll find another safe), double vanity, and a walk-in shower. At the rooftop area, you will find another smaller pool, more outdoor sitting area, and lawn chairs perfect if you want to do some suntanning.

What's nearby:
Tulum is a great town to spend your vacations, with less noise than other more touristic places in Riviera Maya, it is perfect for relaxing. Drive to the ocean road and stop in any of the beach clubs and restaurants. You also have Akumal Beach 30 minutes away, where you can swim with beautiful turtles. Most of the adventure parks and visited cenotes are along the way to Playa del Carmen so you can have a variety of adventures to choose from close by.
