We loved that they had a pack and play, a high chair. First floor made it great for families. Also loved the freezer had an ice maker! Parking in the garage was great too!

The condo was spotless; reservations were easy; a deer nibbled on trees 15 feet from the patio. It was a perfect way to celebrate our 45th anniversary.

We loved how clean and well stocked the house was. We felt like every detail was looked into. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we thought the bed was uncomfortable....too firm of a mattress. As much as we were happy with the condo the bed was uncomfortable enough to keep us from staying again.
Manager response:
Becky, thank you for your feedback. The firmness of a mattress is a personal preference. We are sorry this was uncomfortable for you. We are very happy you did enjoy the condo and that it was clean and ready upon arrival. Thank you!

Love the condo, everything was quite lovely. I just didn't realize when it was booked that it didn't have internet.
Manager response:
We apologize the internet appears to have been out for our guest. The home does have internet, and there is now a new modem to help eliminate any problems it was having earlier. Thank you!

Clean and nice. Close to downtown. No wifi so that made it a challenge for our family.

I really enjoyed my stay in McCall! The local manager was very helpful, the condo was comfortable and extremely clean. The only thing I would note when booking is that this condo do not have wifi. Thank you!

We have have been skiing McCall for seven years. When we don't stay with friends we rent condos. Vacasa has been our primary rental agency. I like working with them. Unlike VRBO you don't pay additional BS fees...
This condo had everything you need except internet and smart TVs... clean, nice furniture, bedding, lights , kitchen well appointed and open to the living room. Heat works great, units in every room, quite and efficient..

I stayed here with my three sons, ages 7, 10, and 13. Their favorite features of the house: TVs in every room with cable, movies available for them to watch, and just a short walk to the pool. Mom's favorite features: cozy king bed and great pillows (I usually have a hard time sleeping away from home, but I fell right asleep and didn't wake until the alarm went off!), plus the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I also loved that there was a small market just at the entrance to the condos, so when we realized we needed ketchup and mustard for dinner, it was just a short walk and voila! dinner was enjoyed by all. Having a washer and dryer in the unit to wash stinky hockey gear was another added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place for 4 people, although it could comfortably accommodate 6 if they don't mind sleeping in bunk beds. Clean and freshly updated with newer appliances and well stocked with the basic necessities. Found the relatively short walk to downtown to be quite enjoyable and a great way to see the wildlife, including deer and fox!

Super cute clean cozy condo. Furniture was nice and comfortable and beds were delightful. Loved our weekend girls getaway.

This property was ideal for that midweek "just need to get away for a few days". Nice pool, small grocery store, good neighbors and great weather. We left on a Friday afternoon and amazed by how crowded McCall was becoming. Aspen Village is nice for all ages and a large, safe area within the Village for small children. Definitely stay here again.

Living space adequate. Bedroom space w king bed terrible. Access to dresser drawers minimal. 2 hangers in closet. Bunks uncomfortable. Too far to walk to town esp on snowy streets no sidewalk. The club was nice. NEED LARGER CUTTING BOARD!
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. We apologize that the size of the bed makes movement in the room difficult, and we hope that you found the bed itself nice to sleep in. We will place a larger cutting board in the home as soon as we can. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again.

Excellent place to get away....minutes away from everything we enjoy doing in McCall. Very impressed with how well maintained the property and furnishings were. Would absolutely love to come back.

Great vacation spot. Close to town (easy 5 block walk or drive). Nice little convenience store on the property with bike rentals. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items! Enjoyed several deer out the back door. Nice that it is on the ground floor. Out teenager enjoyed the break from wifi and technology!

This condo is well stocked with all the necessities and is in a great location in town. There were spices, plenty of towels, and a great kitchen with all the gadgets.

Aspen Village #38 is a great 2 bed, 2 bath condo - perfect for a family up to 6. The condo is very clean and fairly well updated. Appliances and furnishings were in very good shape. We visited in late-winter (March 2015), and the pellet stove came in handy. Really appreciated the nice TV with cable and DVD for watching movies at night. And having two other TVs was a great way for the young kids to watch their own show.

Be aware that this is a lower-level condo, so you may hear some foot traffic upstairs. Did not bother us, but we were on a family vacation, not a romantic getaway, so no big deal.

One request for VaCasa. Someone needs to call the Aspen Village Sports Club and get updated forms for guests to use the club. Initially, we were told we could not use the facility without an owner consent form (signed by the owner or property manager). Fortunately, when we showed our rental agreement, the front desk consented and let us in. But we had to go through that process two times with two different attendants. I called VaCasa after the first discussion with the club, but the VaCasa rep who answered was not at all familiar with this requirement and could not help. So VaCasa, please call the sports club at 208.634.5838 and inquire what forms are needed so future guests do not have any hang-ups.

Other than that, excellent condo, great experience.
Manager response:
We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay! We will do our best to ensure our future guests have easy access to the Aspen Condo Facilities. Thank you for your constructive feedback!
