WHAT'S NEARBY

This two-level home sits across from the 18th fairway of the Elkhorn Golf Course, right beside a bike path that traverses Sun Valley and within walking distance of a stop for the free shuttle bus. You'll be across the road from a cross-country ski trail, one mile south of Dollar Mountain, and four miles east of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. This home also includes access to Elkhorn's pools, sauna, park, and tennis and pickleball courts, although golf requires an additional fee.

THINGS TO KNOW

Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Due to construction, there will be no pool or hot tub access during the 2020 and 2021 winter seasons. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
Guests can enjoy the use of a steam shower.
