This top floor Nihilani townhome is located in the resort community of Princeville. This plantation-style townhome complex, completed in 2006, is one of the newest developments within the Princeville Resort community. It is spacious and beautifully decorated.
The spacious living room area has a large comfortable sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, and sitting area, great for lounging, a movie night, or just hanging out before a full day of activities. The kitchen and dining room are all open concept and the fully-upgraded gourmet kitchen features all the utensils you will need for a home-cooked meal.
