We had a great trip with our family. Everything was as expected which I really am thankful for. What you see and understand from the website is accurate. Great large mudroom area so we could spread out our bodies and gear when coming inside. It also has a heated floor which means everything is dry when you head out on the slopes (of course there is a dryer if you need a quick dry). Hot tub was lovely and properly maintained. House was not huge, but very efficiently built and totally loads of space for our family of four. Kitchen amenities were great and there was coffee, a few spices and ziploc bags, etc. upon arrival which is always nice when you are coming from far away. Place was clean and in good condition. Check in was super easy. Ski out was down the road, but tonnes of snow so it was easy for us to stay on our skis the whole time.
Maybe if there wasn't a lot of snow, you might have to walk a bit of it but not terrible. Great spot to start the day and choose where we wanted to head since it's kind of mid-resort. We skied home via Serwa's and took the Lower Snow Pines side exit. Just made a sharp left before it took us way down to the bottom. Easy to navigate. Overall very happy with our stay.

Polar Peak was perfect for our family vacation at Big White ski resort. The home was very clean and Vacasa was easy to work with for a small item we had called them for which was addressed immediately. All in all 10 / 10!

We just returned from our 6 night stay in Big White. We had an wonderful time. This chalet was perfect for our family vacation. Great quiet location. The ski in was great, the ski out takes a little bit longer but not a deal breaker. We would stay again in this property and would recommend this home to all.

I've stayed in a number of airbnb type spaces and Polar Peaks is hands down the best equipped I've experienced. Much more spacious than I had anticipated from the photos, views are beautiful and it's easily accessible from the main road. Fully outfitted kitchen, ample towels, convenient washing machine and dryer, warm bedrooms - I can't say enough how wonderful this place is or how helpful the RentChalets staff!
The ski-in is wonderful - easy and convenient - but the ski-out ramp is a bit of a trek, and not great for snowboards.
