The pictures did not do this home justice. It is a little bit of a walk to town but what an amazing home to relax in for the weekend. Beautiful kitchen, lots of bathrooms, and the garage is a good size. I will certainly be staying there again.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. We would use again for future trips.

The pictures do NOT do this property justice. It is MUCH bigger than we expected. Our party of eight was so comfortable here. The well fitted kitchen includes a great island which was such a treat for meal prep and chatting. Our two grandchildren, 8 and 6, were generally pretty tired from all the outdoor activities but they did love the short periods of time we allowed in the hot tub or in the loft playing Nintendo. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We all brought our own pillows though just to be on the safe side, so I can’t comment on the ones provided. As for the mountain facilities, this was our first time at Big White and we all LOVED the great family vibe. The amount of snow we had on our long weekend trip has to be seen to be believed. It was astounding! Between skiing, snowshoeing, skating, tubing and mini snowmobiles for the kids...we all had a such a blast. Already planning a trip back!

House was beautiful and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and all furnishings were brand new. The huge entry downstairs was perfect for keeping all the ski clothes and the boot warmers were nice! The hot tub on the deck was great! Kids loved Mario Kart upstairs in the loft!It wasn’t quite ski in and out but short walks made it work both going and coming. We’ll look forward to staying here again!

We spent a week overChristmas at this beautiful chalet. It is well laid out for a large party allowing everyone to have their own space. Thanks to the owners for the thought that they have put into the chalet. No details have been overlooked.Particularly loved the well stocked kitchen as we love to cook and spend time in the kitchen and around the dining room table chatting and enjoying our meals!Linens were great - something I always appreciate!Great location - easy access to skiing, cross country, village and wilderness trails for hiking and snow shoeing.

We had a fantastic vacation at Moonshine 385.The chalet was clean, beautiful, and well stocked. We really appreciated the boot warmers, heated floors, hooks and other little touches. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed - and then some! The kids loved the loft and took advantage of the video games, board games, etc. There were only 2 issues we had:
1.The hot tub was COLD upon arrival. We phoned RentChalet about the issue.Although they were friendly to deal with, the problem didn't get resolved until our last night, and we had to fix it ourselves (on the phone with one of their maintenance crew).A HUGE disappointment when we paid a lot more specifically for a chalet with a hot tub.We did not receive any reimbursement for the non working tub, despite our request.
2.The chalet is not TRUE ski-in ski-out.Ski-out required about 2 min of walking and a small climb up a steep snowbank.Ski-in required a longer climb up a steep hill and a 5min walk back to the chalet. This may not be an issue for some groups, but was difficult for our group that had seniors and younger children.
