We've developed two design packages tailored to the unique needs of Vacasa homeowners.

1. Guided design
Best if you need general guidance.
This package gives you access to design expertise without the lead time of a more traditional, curated design process. We'll share ideas and collaborate with you, whether you're just getting started or seeking an expert opinion on final decisions before completing home upgrades on your own.

2. Curated design
Best if you're looking for a custom design, with oversight of everything.
In this all-inclusive design experience, we can work with you on an overall refresh using existing items, or simply start from scratch. Through our virtual process, we'll define your style, set a budget, present visual concepts and spatial plans, and manage the details (right down to installation) for a result that'll delight you and your guests.

Guided design ($99)

One-on-one 60-minute virtual design consultation. Conversation topics can include:
- Home-specific questions, including guidance on fixed finishes, paint colors, or how to conceal tricky architectural elements
- General layout advice
- Design direction and recommendations
- Tips and tricks for short-term rental functionality
- Staging advice (especially helpful for photos)
The homeowner executes design changes independently
Design deliverable: Follow-up summary with our recommendations and any specific instructions

Curated design ($599–$1,199**)

Bespoke design plan, tailored to your home's needs
- Inclusive of all furnishings, decor, linens (where applicable), and kitchenware
2 weeks of design collaboration
Full facilitation of design, including purchasing and coordinating all shipping and storage
Design deliverable: 2D floorplan and conceptual visual mood boards
